Public transport in Budapest
- Budapest has one of the wealthiest public transportation systems of all European capitals.
- The Budapest Cardholder can travel without restrictions and for free within the city limits on more than 200 bus, 32 trams, 15 trolleys and four metro lines, on the HÉV Suburban Railway and boats. You can also take a free trip to the hills of Buda with the cogwheel railway.

Taxi transport in Budapest
- Several taxi companies are operating in Budapest. The officially licensed taxi cabs can be easily identified by their uniform yellow colour. These taxi drivers have the sign "Certified Budapest taxi /Licensed Budapest taxi" on the front left door in both English andEnglish. The registration plate is also yellow.

Shopping
- Most shops are open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM and from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Supermarkets (there are many of them in Hungary and of course in Budapest) are open usually from 8:00 AM till 9:00 PM. Popular supermarkets: Spar, Lidl, Auchan, Tesco, ALDI, CBA, Prima.
- Shops in supermarkets and plazas are open seven days a week.
Restaurants
- Many restaurants, pubs, and cafes are dispersed throughout Budapest, especially downtown within the Venue's short walking distance.
- Prices for a menu usually start from €10.00 for lunch and €25.00 for dinner.
